The journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in  dealing with all aspects of publication ethics and, in particular, how to handle research cases and publication errors. This statement explains the ethics of behavior of all parties involved in the process of publishing articles in this journal, including the Author, Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, Mitra Bebestari, and Publisher of PT. JNDI. Journal of Research Studies of Islamic Education and Islamic Law (JRSIEIL) is committed to following best practices on ethical issues, wrongdoing, and retraction. Prevention of publication malpractice is one of the important responsibilities of the editorial board. Any kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable, and the journal does not tolerate plagiarism of any kind.
