ANALYSIS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OF CRIMINAL ACTS OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AGAINST MINORS IN SOUTH LABUHANBATU REGENCY
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the impact of sexual violence on minors. The research method used in this study is a case study method, the object of this study is a child who experienced molestation. The data analyzed were observations, interviews, documentation regarding "Sexual Harassment Violence Against Minors in South Labuhanbatu Regency. The results of this study examine law enforcement against criminal acts of sexual violence against minors in South Labuhanbatu Regency. The impact experienced by children from violence committed by parents is a lack of motivation or self-esteem, developing aggressive behavior or becoming angry when in the environment outside the home and becoming quiet when inside the house, often having no appetite, and feeling physical pain after receiving violence from parents.
