MEDAN CITY'S SMART ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE SYSTEM
Abstract
The "Smart Administrative Service System for Medan City" has a high urgency because public services in Medan City face challenges in efficiency and transparency, which have an impact on public satisfaction[1]. The purpose of this study is to design and implement an AI-based assistance system in the form of a website to improve the efficiency of the administrative flow, with the hope of reducing waiting times, increasing data accuracy, and facilitating access to information for the public[2]. The methods used include qualitative and quantitative approaches, starting with needs analysis and literature studies, followed by system design using the Agile method, and the development of a website prototype that is tested by involving users to obtain feedback[3]. The expected output of this study is an AI-based assistance system website that is ready to be implemented in the public service administration flow, accompanied by complete documentation that includes user guides and evaluation reports, so that public services in Medan City can be significantly improved and become a model for other regions in utilizing technology for better services.
